What equipment do I need?
Run Strong Membership - You don’t necessarily need any equipment as you can always adapt the exercises but a foam roller, resistance band, swiss ball and some dumbbells or kettlebells might help. The easiest option is to complete the workouts in a gym.
How long do the workouts last for as I do not have a lot of free time?
Online 1 to 1 Coaching - We will discuss your schedule on the coaching call and this will dictate how long the workouts last for e.g. if you only have time for 30 minutes twice a week then this is what we will plan for.
Do I need any previous strength & conditioning experience?
Online 1 to 1 Coaching - No not al all, we will discuss your previous experience on the coaching call.
How do I access my training programmes?
Run Strong Membership - When you log in to the app you will see all your workouts in your schedule. You can change the days you do these to fit in with your training and I would discuss this with your running coach. After you complete a block of training the new one will automatically be uploaded to your schedule.
Online 1 to 1 Coaching - We will discuss your schedule on the coaching call and then plan what days you will compete your strength and conditioning training on. All the training will be down through the app as this makes everything easier.
How do I cancel my membership?
Online 1 to 1 Coaching - You can cancel your subscription anytime you like through the app. I would appreciate notice through our monthly coaching calls to understand why you are cancelling as I always appreciate any feedback.
