SCREENING

Before we get in to any training you will complete a whole body screen which will give a clear picture of your individual strengths and areas for improvement

We will screen your breathing, mobility, stability, movement and work capacity along with previous or current injuries

It is extremely important to understand your starting point so we can then design and implement a bespoke training plan catered for you

THE WORKOUT

The RMS warm up wont just prepare you for the session but will also improve your mobility, stability and power

 

Twice a week the main part of the workout will take you through 3 stages

1. Speed & Power

2. Strength

3. Conditioning

Finish with a unique FBR cool down which will put you straight in to recovery mode to maximise the benefits

SPEED & POWER

You will progress through a variety of speed drills and power exercises

 

They will help reduce the risk of injury associated with the high impact nature of running whilst also improving your technique through better mechanics

STRENGTH

You will start off with fundamental strength exercises to make sure you have the correct movement patterns.

The workouts will get progressively more challenging as you work through the programme

CONDITIONING

The last part of the session involves specific hip, core, foot and ankle conditioning

 

Increasing the endurance and work capacity of these areas is vital to reduce the risk of injury for every endurance runner
